I put my cat into Greenacre for 19 nights over Christmas and was so so worried about leaving her for so long. She came home and seemed like she had a better holiday than me! She was so happy, calm and genuinely so relaxed. Will definitely be using them again. Take such good care of your kitty’s.

Great service! Would definitely recommend. Gemma was extremely helpful and our cats were very well looked after during their 2 week stay.
Our cats had never been to a cattery before, we got them as rescue kittens just before lockdown 2019 and they were used to us always being in the house – Minnie in particular is timid. I was a bit nervous leaving them and hoped they would settle in ok, but I should not have worried. When I picked them up they were happy and content and settled back into home life straight away.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Our cat is timid and it can take a while for her to settle into new environments. I could see how hard Gemma and her team worked to help Maple settle as quickly as possible and after a few days she was so much more comfortable and confident. If I had any worries and questions Gemma answered them straight away and sent pictures which would put me at ease, knowing the Maple was in the best place.
I can’t thank Greenacre enough and will definitely be back again!

I booked my two cats into the king suite at Greenacre for two nights. They looked like they had a lovely time climbing up and down the cat tree. The indoor part is really cosy and the outside extension gives them a place to stretch their legs. We will certainly be using Greenacre again. Thanks Gemma
