CANCELLATIONS

14 days notice 50% of the remaining invoice

7 days notice 100% of the remaining invoice

DAYS BOOKED ARE CHARGEABLE NOT DAYS USED, we charge by the day not the night. For very short stays we have a minimum charge of £35.00 per booking this covers deep clean sanitizing of our rooms between guests. THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.  Please arrive no later than 15 mins before closing.  No shows the full balance will still be due and invoiced.

PAYMENTS :-  Cash or bank transfer

DEPOSITS :- £5 per day of booking is taken to secure your room – without it, your room may be offered to others as it is still bookable until confirmed with a deposit.

Vaccinations

Only cats with a current vaccination certificate for Feline Enteritis and Feline Calico virus (Cat Flu) can board with us. Their record card must be provided with an image sent across via email or WhatsApp (name and vaccinations in view) or on day of check in, otherwise entry to the Hotel will be refused.

Cats Health
Cats must be wormed and flea treated with an effective veterinary prescription strength treatment and details of product and date applied must be provided by way of receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FRONTLINE OR OTHER FIPRONIL PRODUCTS.  If any cat is found with fleas, ticks or lice we will seek an immediate vet consultation and all travel costs and vets costs are to be covered by owners. Please remove your cat’s collars before arrival. If you’re leaving food, toys, bedding etc please ensure you remember your items upon check out.

CATS FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD THAT ARE SHARING A ROOM you are giving Greenacre your consent that your cats get along with each other, by providing your electronic signature and accepting these terms and conditions.
In the event of your cat(s) becoming ill, owners are liable for any costs incurred at the vets. Although every possible care and attention will be given, Greenacres can accept no liability for loss, either from illness or from any other cause. Cat’s belongings are left solely at owners own risk. If pets are not collected within 5 days of the checking out date and no communication is received from the owner then a sad decision to re-home your cat will be made at the cattery owner’s discretion, the full boarding fee will still be due. Greenacre’s does not accept responsibility for any items left on the premises.
